Junior IT Specialist
As a Junior Supply Chain Data Analyst at DSV, you will be responsible for analyzing data to improve our supply chain operations. You will assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data related to procurement, production, inventory, logistics, and transportation. You will use this data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and you will develop reports and visualizations to communicate your findings to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to optimize our supply chain processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources across the supply chain, including procurement, production, inventory, logistics, and transportation.
- Develop and maintain databases and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory levels, and transportation costs.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in supply chain data to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and improve supply chain planning.
- Reporting and Visualization
- Create clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop dashboards and interactive tools to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising).
- Develop and maintain target audience segmentation for optimized campaign delivery.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices

Educational background / Work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and marketing campaign management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred knowledge / experience:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with low code systems
- Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools like Excel (including advanced formulas and macros), SQL for querying databases, and statistical software like R or Python.
- Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar to create clear and insightful reports.
- Supply Chain Software: Familiarity with common supply chain management (SCM) software (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM) or transportation management systems (TMS).
- Database Knowledge: Understanding of database structures and data management principles.
Language skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Computer Literacy
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient tin Business Intelligence tools

For this position, the expected base pay is: $30.00 - $35.50 / Hourly. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, geographical location, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
