Team Overview
I am looking for a highly motivated, dedicated, and passionate person with excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to excel at and be successful in the job. They will be working closely with a diverse team of professionals, including Product, Operations, Risk Algorithms, Risk Data, Risk Operations, Risk Collections Teams.You‘ll be able to manage projects, establish a strategic framework based on anti-fraud, KYC, and post-loan issues, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality results.
Role Responsibilities
Strategy Planning and Formulation: Responsible for developing a strategic framework for credit risk management based on business needs and market conditions, including but not limited to anti-fraud strategies, KYC (Know Your Customer) policies, and post-loan risk management measures.
Risk Assessment and Monitoring: Utilize advanced risk assessment models and data analysis tools to conduct comprehensive risk assessments of credit operations, including credit risk, operational risk, and market risk, and continuously monitor risk changes to ensure the quality of credit assets.
Policy and Process Optimization: Regularly review existing credit approval processes, risk management policies, and operational guidelines, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk exposure.
Team Collaboration and Training: Collaborate closely with product, operations, technology, and other departments to ensure the effective implementation of credit risk strategies; organize or participate in internal training to enhance team members' risk awareness and professional skills.
Risk Early Warning and Response: Establish a risk early warning mechanism to promptly identify and report potential risk events, formulate and implement risk mitigation measures to ensure that risks are properly managed and controlled.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze the effectiveness of credit risk strategies, prepare risk reports, provide decision support for management, and continuously optimize risk management strategies.
Role Qualifications
- Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in credit risk management or related fields. Candidates with extensive practical experience will be able to quickly adapt and integrate into our credit risk management team.
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.Preference will be given to candidates with a relevant Master's Degree, such as an MBA, Master's in Finance, etc.
- Excellent communication skills: able to express ideas clearly and accurately, maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and superiors.
- Teamwork spirit: willing to collaborate with others, solve problems together, and contribute to the team's success.Problem-solving abilities: quickly find solutions to complex problems to ensure the smooth operation of credit business. Self-drive: proactive, responsible for their own work, and strive for excellence.
- Proficient in credit risk management tools and methods, such as risk models, credit scoring systems, etc.Skilled in using data analysis software, such as Excel, Python, R, etc., for data processing and analysis.
- Have a deep understanding and keen insight into the financial market and economic environment.
- Familiar with relevant financial regulations and policies to ensure compliance of credit business.
- Candidates with a certain level of English communication skills, able to read English literature, emails, and reports, and having English proficiency certificates such as CET-6, TOEFL, or IELTS, will be preferred.
