Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Data Management Specialist based out of our New York, NY office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

We will count on you to:

  • Audit the client information database and associated systems to ensure functionality and maintain top data quality standards.

  • Evaluate the quality of current operating practices, conducting research and analyses to identify pain points, cost factors, and areas for improvement.

  • Analyze test results on data quality and security to derive informed solutions that address pressing needs, delivering the best and most secure product to clients.

  • Serve as an expert in Data Management, consulting with internal business leaders to provide insights and services that meet data and data storage demands.

  • Develop proposals for innovative new data practices and platforms to enhance and transform internal data capabilities.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $97,000 to $206,600.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
