BLUEHAWK is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst – Site Lead to support a critical intelligence mission. This role involves reviewing and analyzing information from sensitive databases, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Access, and various Intelligence Community (IC) systems. The Site Lead will also be responsible for providing analytical assessments, intelligence reporting, and data-driven insights to support FBI operations and national security objectives.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze information from sensitive intelligence databases, Microsoft SharePoint, and other IC data sources.
- Attend and participate in meetings to support the development of reports, assessments, and briefings.
- Provide preliminary assessment reports and regular updates (daily, weekly, and monthly) on data submissions and intelligence reviews.
- Develop intelligence reports and analytic products in accordance with Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) tradecraft and integrity standards.
- Collect and analyze data to identify intelligence gaps, enhance FBI collection opportunities, and assess threats.
- Leverage open and classified sources to identify and report raw intelligence in a timely manner.
- Conduct targeted, ongoing, and ad-hoc analysis in support of intelligence initiatives, case support, and threat identification.
- Utilize analytical tools to assess and respond to trans-border and domestic law enforcement threats, as well as homeland security risks.
- Document all findings and communications in FBI databases in accordance with agency protocols.
- Provide analytical support to assess sensitive intelligence data holdings and coordinate with FBI entities to evaluate the significance of intelligence findings.
- Develop intelligence assessments, position papers, and briefings for FBI executive leadership and key stakeholders within the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC).
- Conduct open-source/social media exploitation and utilize advanced data analysis tools to identify and analyze intelligence-related information.
- Ensure the production of clear, concise, and timely intelligence products aligned with FBI and IC tradecraft standards.
- Lead a team of analysts with minimal supervision, ensuring adherence to intelligence best practices and standards.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree (required, no exceptions).
- Experience developing intelligence reports and analytic products consistent with ODNI tradecraft and integrity standards.
- Strong background in data analysis, intelligence research, and reporting.
- Experience with FBI databases, analytical tools, and intelligence assessments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Access, and Intelligence Community systems.
- Ability to conduct open-source research, social media exploitation, and intelligence collection.
- Strong writing, briefing, and communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
- Knowledge of law enforcement, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, or homeland security threats.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while leading and mentoring a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with the FBI, Intelligence Community, or law enforcement agencies.
- Familiarity with classified and open-source intelligence gathering methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization, predictive analytics, and intelligence automation tools.
