Our US Marketing organization is a key partner in our distribution efforts, working alongside our sales and strategic account teams to best align our capabilities with client needs. We are seeking an AI Prompt and Content Execution Specialist, responsible for developing best practices for AI content creation and executing content through digital channels, including social media.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong communication skills and a proven track record in managing successful social media campaigns. The candidate excels in developing high-quality, engaging content using AI and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with brand values and regulatory standards. The candidate has a strong attention to detail and an ability to stay updated with the latest trends to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of the AI Prompt & Content Execution Specialist?AI prompt best-practice development and execution
Develop AI prompts that generate high-quality, engaging content that highlights our innovative capabilities.
Stay updated on the latest trends in AI and social media to maintain the relevance and effectiveness of our campaigns.
Provide training and support to other team members on using AI tools and best practices for content creation and social media execution.
Content execution
Craft compelling and accurate content for various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with our brand’s messaging and values.
Manage the social media posting schedule for the US, ensuring timely and strategic content distribution.
Engage with our audience through comments, messages and posts to build and maintain a strong community presence.
Monitor social media analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration and cross-functional relationship management
Collaborate with marketing, investment and sales teams to ensure content is aligned with the firm’s mission and values.
Create relationships with approved AI vendors to problem-solve and solution for new use cases.
Stay informed about and adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory standards for social media content, including copyright, data protection and financial regulations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in financial services industry, preferably in sales or marketing
An understanding of the financial services industry, particularly the needs and concerns of financial professionals.
Proven experience in writing and editing content that resonates with financial services audiences.
Proficiency in using AI tools to generate and refine content, with a focus on accuracy and relevance.
Experience in managing successful social media campaigns that have built brand loyalty.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
A track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Range: Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards—monetary and non-monetary — designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results. Along with base compensation, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, a 401(k) plan with a generous match, and recognition rewards. We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $60,000 - $75,000 depending on level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
