We are currently seeking a Customer Master Data Operations Specialist Team with fluent German or French or English (English is a must) language skills to join our Customer Care Center of Excellence in Budapest. Any other European language skill is an advantage. This position offers a great opportunity to immerse yourself in our Order to Cash processes and grow within the role. As a Customer Master Data Operations Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring timely processing of new Customer set ups, changes, and own the governance processes around Customer Mater Data, helping to keep our customer accounts accurate and up to date.

Main responsibilities of this role:

  • Create and validate the customer setup according to the MDM rulebook and process any changes to the customer master data

  • Work closely with the local sales team, to make sure all relevant customer information is received, validated and set up

  • Collaborate with the AR SSC to ensure correct credit and payment terms for the right customers

  • Daily review of master data & employee portal queries

  • Approve new customer setup and existing customer changes

  • Cleaning- and maintenance of customer master data

  • Validate errors between SAP and Salesforce

  • Collaborate with local sales and SSC AR

  • Drive change management around Customer Master Data processes with internal Stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with various stakeholders on all business levels

  • Participate in various ad-hoc Group projects to improve order-to-cash process  

  • Execute other administrative tasks

Experience and skills:

  • Max. 1-2 years of experience as Customer Master Data Specialist or similar role

  • Fresh graduate applications with relevant language skills are also welcomed

  • Experience within a multinational working environment is an advantage

  • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office Tools, sound Excel skills is an advantage

  • Fluency in German or French or/and English (English is a must)

  • Any other European language knowledge over on the mentioned above is a plus

  • Proactive and hands-on mentality

  • Strong communicator

  • Detail oriented, and strong problem-solving skills

  • Analytical mindset

  • Well-developed organization and prioritization skills

  • Secondary school certificate is a must
