Associate Data Scientist

As a Associate Data Scientist at InnoWave, you will play a crucial role in advancing our research and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data science, a keen understanding of scientific technologies, and a proven track record of successful grant applications. The role involves not only driving innovative data-driven solutions but also effectively communicating these advancements through technical writing, specifically in the context of R&D and grant proposals.
Responsibilities:

Research and Development:

• Lead and contribute to advanced research projects in AI, Machine Learning, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our technology.

Grant Proposal Development:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end grant application process, from identifying potential funding opportunities to drafting and submitting compelling proposals.
• Ensure alignment between proposed research objectives and the company's strategic goals.

Technical Writing:

• Produce clear, concise, and technically sound documents, including research papers, project reports, and grant proposals.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders and funding agencies.

Data Analysis and Modeling:

• Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models to address specific research challenges.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data science and research activities.
• Proven track record of successful grant applications and a deep understanding of the grant funding landscape.
• Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, R, etc.
• Exceptional technical writing skills with a portfolio of published papers and successful grant proposals.
• Expertise in GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning.
