About the Role:

As a Technical Data Consultant at ZoomInfo, you will be responsible for the technical execution of B2B data solutions that power our clients' business decisions. You'll develop robust data processing workflows, create automated solutions, and ensure quality and integrity of B2B data assets. Working closely with the Business Operations Data Consultant, you'll build the technical foundation that enables powerful business insights through data solutions, analysis and client engagements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement data processing methods/pipelines to transform raw B2B data into valuable client deliverables
  • Develop solutions for B2B data enrichment, cleansing, and normalization
  • Perform complex analysis on company, contact, and intent data using SQL, Python, and other technical tools
  • Create reusable code modules for common B2B data operations (territory analysis, TAM modeling, etc.)
  • Implement data quality checks and validation procedures specific to B2B data challenges
  • Provide technical expertise on ZoomInfo's B2B data structure and optimal query methodologies
  • Actively participate in customer engagement sessions with DaaS Consultants and Advisors

Client Management:

  • Define business requirement needs and document rules and logic for use in client implementations
  • Ability to understand and solve qualitative problems and present or explain solutions to an audience using top-quality, audience-appropriate communication.
  • Enable clients to maximize the benefits of their ZoomInfo partnership through best practices, innovative thinking and process improvement
  • Demonstrate strong client management by actively engaging in customer sessions alongside DaaS Consultants and Advisors.

Data Analysis:

  • Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers all while supporting data-driven decision making
  • Use technical skills, problem-solving and business knowledge to deliver custom datasets to clients that meet or exceed their expectations 
  • Implement proactive improvements to processes and methods for gathering and aggregating data.
  • Find creative solutions to problems when limited information is available

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3-5 years in supporting B2B data initiatives focused on engineering, analytics, or similar technical roles working with B2B sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations teams
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for B2B data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience working with large datasets of company and contact information
  • Knowledge of B2B data processing methodologies and record matching/deduplication techniques
  • Ability to optimize queries and data processing for performance with large B2B datasets
  • Experience with CRM data integration and API-based data synchronization
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related technical field
  • Hands-on experience with firmographic, technographic, or intent data sources preferred
  • Strategic mindset with strong operational execution capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences
  • Analytical rigor combined with business acumen

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.$112,000—$154,000 USD
