You will be:
- managing and optimizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including IAM, AppEngine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Workflows, and Cloud Build,
- managing BigQuery infrastructure, including dataset creation and schema definition,
- developing and maintaining data transformations and pipelines using DBT,
- working with BigQuery, including SQL and OLAP transformations,
- creating reports and visualizations using Looker Studio,
- implementing and maintaining scripts for batch modifications in Firestore,
- automating tasks in Firestore using Node.js or Python.
Requirements
Your profile:
- ready to start within 6 weeks,
- ready to work part-time (4h per day),
- 3+ years’ experience as a Data Engineer,
- 3+ years’ experience as a DevOps,
- strong SQL skills,
- Python scripting proficiency,
- hands-on experience with GCP,
- in-depth knowledge of BigQuery,
- advanced understanding of dbt,
- working knowledge of Git,
- good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:
- hands-on experience with Node.js,
- familiarity with Firestore.
