Position:

In this role, you'll play a key part in leveraging AI, predictive analytics and data visualization to optimize learning strategies, measure impact, and drive innovation in talent development.

Your work will transform raw data into actionable insights, shaping the future of upskilling and workforce intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Design, enhance, and develop advanced Power BI dashboards, seamlessly integrated with AI to deliver predictive insights and meet evolving business needs
• Implement data automation techniques to streamline reporting
• Optimize the integration of AI models with Power BI & analytics platforms 
• Manage & maintain MS Projects & SharePoint sites for seamless collaboration 
• Ensure seamless integration of Power BI with other tools and resolve any technical issues.

Profile Requirement: 

• Strong Power BI expertise, including dashboard development & integration.
• Ability to design and implement AI-driven dashboards & insights
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI & advanced analytics 
• Ability to hit the ground running within a month! 
• Experience in MS Projects & SharePoint is a plus.
