Where you come in

With hundreds of thousands of active learners, our Data Warehouse is packed with valuable insights to support decision-making. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in extracting and presenting insights to guide our teams.

Your Responsibilities:

• A/B Testing & Experimentation: You manage the full experimentation process — from concept and documentation to monitoring, analysis, and decision-making — to support product development and growth. Collaboration with data analysts and product stakeholders will be crucial.
• Data Quality: You identify and resolve data quality issues, including code fixes and SQL migrations for large datasets. You’ll also support the development of new data integrations in our PostgreSQL/TimescaleDB DWH.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting: You create and maintain reports in Metabase and Jupyter Notebooks to deliver actionable insights that shape business and product decisions.
• Data Analysis & Storytelling: You use your analytical skills to uncover hidden patterns in data, revealing new product and business opportunities. Your curiosity and proactive mindset will drive meaningful changes.
• Prediction Models: You develop and maintain predictive models that enhance the user experience by anticipating key user behaviors.

We're looking for someone who’s curious, analytical, and ready to turn data into impactful insights — helping us make better decisions and improve our product for learners worldwide.

What you’ll bring

Essential:

• A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics), or equivalent practical experience
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about data
• Passion for data visualization and storytelling
• Advanced SQL & Python skills
• Experience with BI tools such as Metabase or similar
• Proven track record of high-quality data-maintenance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Desire to keep learning

Bonus points:

• Experience in one or more of data engineering, machine learning or advanced statistics
