CNO Programmer - multiple levels - CLEARANCE and POLYGRAPH REQUIRED

SIGINT, Cyber, and/or CNO, Python, C/C++, Debuggers, Windows/UNIX, Assembly  Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

Required:

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
• This position is open to multiple levels of years of experience; two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to the job you are applying for.
• BS degree + 3 years of programming experience with at least two of the following languages: C/C++, Java, Python, Assembly, Perl.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related studies may be considered. MS/PhD degree may constitute for additional year experience equivalency . High school/GED or associate’s degree and additional experience clearly related to the position may be considered.

• Ability to develop/implement algorithms to exceed functional standards; analyze systems flow, data usage/work processes.
• Experience implementing software life cycle management (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy)

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• SIGINT, Cyber, and/or Computer Network Operations (CNO) background.
• Additional Experience in: Javascript, Vue.js, Hadoop, GM analytic development, .NET environment, debuggers, development of packet level programs, Jupyter Notebooks, Jira, Confluence, Gitlab.
