WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Reference data comprises standardized identifiers and attributes that classify and define other data within a database, thereby ensuring consistency and accuracy. It is essential for maintaining data integrity, reporting, and analytics within a business context, promoting a consistent understanding throughout the organization. Join our Agricultural Solutions Team in Berlin and support us as a Reference Data Specialis.
- You ensure transparency, accuracy and consistency of reference data and promote the adoption of industry standards in the organization.
- In addition, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business necessities and integrate reference data into systems and applications.
- You design data models that facilitate the adoption of reference data sets and hierarchies.
- You analyze reference data for trends and discrepancies, report findings and propose solutions to stakeholders.
- Furthermore, you provide user support and training on reference data management best practices.
- You create and maintain documentation for reference data definitions and processes.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field such as Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Agronomy or related fields
- previous experience with data management related topics
- Background in IT-related field (e.g. business informatics, data management)
- Knowledge and/or experience in Agricultural business and or Chemical industry is an advantage
- Experience with PowerBI, SQL, Python or entity relational databases
- fluent in English and German with high communication skills
WHAT WE OFFER

- Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.

- Gross annual salary (full-time): 39.000 - 52.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
