Leading in hearing healthcare Demant is the only company in the world that covers all areas of hearing healthcare, from hearing devices and hearing implants to diagnostic instruments and professional hearing care, and we harvest significant...The HR Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist is a key contributor within the Global HR Master Data Management Team, playing an essential role in providing process capabilities that enable Demant to operate effectively at global, business unit, and country levels. In this specialist position within the HR Data and Reporting Team, you will focus on the operational execution of HR MDM processes for global HR solutions such as Success Factors. Your responsibilities include maintaining process documentation, delivering trainings, handling customer queries with a customer-centric mindset, and driving continuous improvements. This role requires a methodical, detail-oriented individual with strong process design capabilities and an excellent understanding of data handling policies and procedures.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Maintain and update the HR MDM process documentation library, standard operating procedures, and training materials
- Execute Global HR MDM processes as part of the Global HR MDM Team, managing assigned requests to meet Service Level Agreements
- Review incoming data requests for completeness and accuracy against prevailing standards and respond to customer queries in a professional manner
- Report incidents of process non-conformance and participate in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) initiatives, ensuring adherence to data security, privacy, and compliance policies
- Control your own work and support peers in applying process controls
- Monitor process inputs and outputs, analyze trends and variances, and prepare operational reports for compliance and audit purposes
- Actively participate in the HR MDM Community of Practice and other HR communities within Demant, advocating for global HR data consistency and process compliance
- Support projects and work initiatives as assigned by your Line Manager or the Head of HR Data and Reporting
Apply today if you:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (an asset)
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as an HR Master Data Administrator or similar role
- Possess very good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with a strong command of Microsoft Office
- Have prior knowledge of HR Information Systems or payroll solutions (e.g., Success Factors, Workday, Sage, or local systems like Asseco ERP) and, ideally, familiarity with BPMN2.0 methodology
- Exhibit a customer-centric approach, attention to detail, and the ability to explain process and data requirements clearly to secure customer buy-in and cooperation
- Be highly proficient in spoken and written English and demonstrate the ability to work effectively across cultures in a collaborative environment
