- Define and track key quality engineering metrics (test coverage, automation effectiveness, defect rates, and release stability).
- Continuously improve test infrastructure, automation tools, and release workflows.
About You
- 3+ years managing at least 4 engineers.
- Hands-on experience coding 10-20% of the time, improving automation frameworks and quality pipelines.
- Skilled in hiring, mentoring, and setting technical direction while staying hands-on.
- Deep experience with test automation strategies and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, performance, security, and reliability testing.
- Ability to define scalable test strategies and optimize testing infrastructure.
- Comfortable testing legacy systems while driving modernization efforts.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical decisions clearly.
- Naturally curious, innovative, and results-driven.
Our Tech Stack
- Front-end: TypeScript/JavaScript/React.
- Back-end: C#, SQL.
- Supporting systems: C#, Python, R, Rust, Node.js.
- Platforms: Azure, Kubernetes.
