The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join one of our affiliated Companies as a Senior Quantitative Trader. This is a pivotal role with a primary focus on efficient, cost effective and strategic execution of foreign exchange spot transactions through API and electronic trading platforms. This position demands a very good understanding of foreign exchange markets, sharp analytical skills, and a decisive approach to optimize trade execution.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of market data, emphasizing insights that directly impact trade execution strategies.
• Execute EFX trades with precision, cost effectiveness and timeliness, leveraging advanced order types and execution algorithms to maximize efficiency.
• Develop, refine, and implement algorithmic trading strategies that are finely tuned for swift and effective execution in various market conditions.
• Implement robust risk management practices to safeguard against potential losses, with a keen eye on challenging market conditions.
• Work closely with the PM team to understand their execution requirements, providing tailored solutions that align with their trading goals and preferences.
• Monitor and adapt trading strategies in real-time based on market dynamics, news events, and emerging trends to ensure optimal execution outcomes.
• Establish and track key performance indicators related to execution quality, continually optimizing processes to achieve superior results.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards during all stages of trade execution.
• Effectively communicate execution strategies, progress, and post-trade analysis to internal teams, fostering transparency and trust.
• Stay at the forefront of trading technology advancements, integrating cutting-edge tools to enhance execution speed, accuracy, and overall performance.

Main requirements:

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Extensive hands-on experience in EFX trading, particularly with a focus on execution of large orders.
• Expertise in utilizing algorithmic order execution and advanced order types.
• Proven track record of successful execution in dynamic market environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, etc.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing foreign exchange trading.
• Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate ideas.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong computer literacy.
