This unique role, will support to Unilever’s Personal Care digital marketing team working alongside the Data Strategy team at Choreograph. Choreograph, Data Strategy Choreograph is WPP’s global data products and technology company. We’re on a mission to transform marketing by building the fastest, most connected data platform that bridges marketing strategy to scaled activation.

We work with agencies and clients to transform the value of data by bringing together technology, data and analytics capabilities. We deliver this through the Open Media Studio, an AI-enabled media and data platform for the next era of advertising.

Our team of thinkers, builders, creators and problem solvers are over 1,000 strong, across 20 markets around the world. Unilever Digital Marketing  The digital marketing team is responsible for leading digital marketing in Unilever's biggest cell, U.S. Personal Care - our team leads the planning, executing and optimizing for all of personal care campaigns, piloting innovative ways to maximize ROI. We are building the most advanced data analytics and data driven marketing capabilities in the industry, to grow some of the most iconic and socially impactful brands in the world. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Lifecycle marketing associate brand manager to drive this digital revolution in our US Personal Care business - partnering with our brand teams, agency and cross functional partners and the subject matter experts within the Digital Marketing team to land brilliant E2E campaigns.    Who You Are & What You’ll Do You will bring dynamic attitude and passion to leading the Data and CRM strategy and execution agenda with our brands and agency partners, engaging consumers across all stages of their journey from awareness to advocacy, driving acquisition, conversion, retention, and fostering strong customer relationships to maximize lifetime value and fuel business growth.  You are a disciplined project manager that makes the trains run on time across complex business systems. You thrive under pressure and have experience in leading large cross-functional teams to deliver OTIF against tight deadlines. You are not afraid to walk off the beaten track - you will champion innovative ways of working and look for continuous improvement with an ambitious test & learn agenda, encouraging marketing that is fun, learns from failures and innovates every day to elevate Unilever’s capabilities and execution. You will identify and build data driven audiences with our proprietary data, sometimes being hands on in platform to build and syndicate segments. You will also be expected to monitor performance of the audiences to ensure they are reaching campaigns goals, and recommending optimization to maximize potential of the strategy.Last but not least - You LOVE marketing. You think and act strategically and creatively. You Get On The Front Line, providing world-class brand experiences and a deep understanding of what drives and influences sales and an outstanding consumer experience.  What You’ll Need To Succeed  
  • Passion for digital marketing, and desire to leave a mark. 
  • Curiosity, a collaborative and positive can-do mindset will be key skills of the ideal candidate.    
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the digital marketing landscape   
  • Comfortable with using data throughout aspects of the role, turning consumer and social insights into great content.  

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
