Manager, Data Analytics & Reporting

As an Analytics Manager within CX Alpha, you will play a critical role in leading a team of analysts responsible for delivering a portfolio of strategic projects that involve gathering data, experimentation, deep analysis using descriptive and predictive analytics techniques, visualizing data to deliver actionable insights, influencing business leaders using consultative skills and analytic storytelling. You will interact with a series of stakeholders within our Product, Technology, Finance, UX, Analytics and across the Personal Investor business to transform analytics insights into recommendations for new solutions that improve client investment outcomes for our investors.

Core Responsibilities
- Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Advance data-driven decision making: Apply advanced data and analytics methods to identify opportunities, evaluate alternatives, optimize decisions, measure impact and share insights/recommendations for continuous improvement/transformation
- Big Picture Strategic Ideation: Connect the dots across the full breadth of superfamily/channel OKRs vs. the current state to design the analytical vision, roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a true peer in driving strategy and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective use of data
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate with and manage senior stakeholder relationships to drive strategic direction and roadmap development.
- Growth Mindset: Be responsible for your continuous learning. Stay on top of latest analytics and data science methods, use case and technologies to drive efficiency and impact using data
- Thought Leadership: Connect diverse ideas and/or bring structure to high impact problems for business/product. Translate high complexity CX problems into an analytical framework, and lead complex projects through from ideation to completion.
- Collaborative mindset: Delegate tasks and provide tactical and strategic guidance to peer analysts, data engineers and data scientists. Serve as the analytics expert on cross-functional teams for enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
- Analytics and Data Science Expertise: Expertise to perform data analysis from multiple sources to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods. Drive innovative and sophisticated experimentation across multiple families to identify and implement innovative CX solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years working within advanced analytics/data science
- Expertise in SQL, Statistical Analysis, Experimentation (Data Modeling, A/B Testing, etc.), and Python
- Previous leadership experience in analytics
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience, Graduate degree preferred
