What you’ll do ​& Who you are


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Fraud Data Analyst to join our Content & Safety team. The Fraud Data Analyst will play a critical role in protecting our users and platform by identifying, analysing, and mitigating fraudulent activities. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify patterns and trends indicative of fraudulent behaviour;
  • Fraud Detection: Help develop and implement fraud detection models and rules to proactively identify and prevent fraudulent activities and non-compliant behaviours in general;
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on fraud trends, detection rates, and mitigation efforts to management and stakeholders;
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Customer Support, to investigate and resolve fraud cases;
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on the latest fraud trends and techniques, and continuously improve fraud detection and prevention strategies.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree;
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in fraud detection, risk management or Trust & Safety area;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python;
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau) would be a plus;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • English proficiency (written and verbal)
