Overall purpose of the job: 

  • Analyse Revenue Operations data to drive insights, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams along the revenue cycle, to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

 

What are we looking for: 

  • Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in data analysis, preferably in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Analytics role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Sisense, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with revenue metrics (ARR, TTR, CAC, LTV, churn, pipeline velocity, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Flexible approach to work with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Positive and professional attitude.

 

Key responsibilities for this job:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret revenue operations data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Working with the systems team, develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and revenue teams.
  • Support revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across the different platforms and tools.
  • Conduct revenue analysis, churn analysis, and customer segmentation to improve retention and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Work with Finance to align revenue data with financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Work with the systems team to automate reporting and data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance revenue growth, margin optimisation and profitability across.
  • Any other fair and reasonable task or duty assigned to you by your Manager, or other senior Exponential-e Ltd staff member.
