Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end Procure to Pay processes
  • Handle the entire invoice processing cycle, including reconciliation and timely resolution of errors
  • Collect and track W-9s for all new vendors; support in annual 1099 reporting
  • Maintain documentation and appropriate approval for all transactions
  • Set-up and maintain fixed asset management in NetSuite
  • Handle the entire invoice processing cycle, cash application including reconciliation and timely resolution of errors
  • Maintain cash payment/burn forecast
  • Responsible for credit cards, reimbursement and expense coding
  • Maintain users’ budget in Brex system
  • Support monthly close process including prepaids reconciliation
  • Prepare journal entries as needed
  • Support process improvements initiative
  • Support ad hoc and audit requirements.

This role is based out of our Palo Alto, CA office, and an Onsite interview is required as part of the process (with some flexibility to WFH).

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proficiency in accounting software systems, preferably Oracle/NetSuite
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to details and excellent organizational skills with the capability to multi-task
  • Outstanding skills in MS Office suite
  • Demonstrated experience in process automation and improvement
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • An undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting required
