Role reports to: Head of Reporting Analytics & Enablement

What you will do
The Workforce Data Management & Quality Leader is responsible for The Workforce Data Management & Quality Leader will, together with the Global Head of Workforce Intelligence and Data Strategy, lead strategic activities focused on our workforce data management, quality, retention, along with orchestration and visualization of our workforce data quality & governance measures across the HR ecosystem.
The Workforce Data Management & Quality Leader will manage all of the day-to-day activities related to workforce data requests, data management & governance, data quality, along with the visualization of data quality and governance success metrics.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and implement strategy for global governance of digital record management and retention services for multiple workforce platforms including objectives and success metrics
· Lead the creation of the strategy for the Security Role Model across HR & Workforce Intelligence platforms, promoting consistency across the platform portfolio
· Enforce the removal of expired electronic inventories and manage opt-out requests, including remediation of orphaned data repositories. Ensure data deletion requests from internal/external workforce as well as candidates
· Contribute to project planning, and assist the team with estimations, timelines, and prioritization. Assists in developing the data management, quality roadmap and technology strategy
· Facilitate communication and teamwork to drive accurate, complete, updated workforce data that is across functions by interacting with an array of colleagues as measured by monthly success metrics.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
· Minimum of a BA/BS degree is required
· A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in HR data quality and governance
· Proven recent experience with increasing accuracy and completeness of workforce data
· Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) that manage data across the employee lifecycle
· Business experience with data visualization tools and storytelling
· High-level of proficiency in problem solving, critical thinking, analyzing complex situations, and absorbing considerable amounts of data to identify key themes and identify actionable insights that lead to effective solutions and recommendations
· Hands-on experience driving compliance and privacy outcomes in partnership with key teams to set global and local standards
· Strong business and financial acumen, demonstrated project management skills, outstanding written and verbal communications skills is required.
