Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, documenting each step to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Serve as a bridge between stakeholders, facilitating communication and escalation of complex issues.
  • Manage requests effectively within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring clear and proactive communication to align with their expectations.
  • Create articles for our internal and external knowledge base.
  • Provide support through various channels, including chat, phone, and email, ensuring high availability of systems
  • Participate in support rotations and work on weekends as needed to maintain service continuity.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Support, Technical Support, or related fields.
  • Sound knowledge of Alteryx designing, server, and tools like predictive, parsing, and transforms. 
  • Good foundation in writing SQL queries against any RDBMS. 
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Informatica, Talend Pentaho, etc. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and solve problems. 
  • Good understanding of software change and release management. 
  • Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving issues related to databases, environments, network communications, and applications
  • Willingness to work in shifts and weekends when required.
