A Day in the Life:

You should be energized by data, and you’re never afraid to ask “why.”
    • Make connections across data sets and projects, identifying similar challenges or priorities, with a focus on holistic story-telling with our data. You don’t stop at the first answers.
    • Build a dashboard / reporting strategy to support HRBPs and leaders in understanding key people metrics and trends. Create visualizations and use data to tell stories about our teams and environments. Data may be at our core, but it helps if it looks pretty.
    • Generate actionable insights from data to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Data Integrity & Management
    • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and confidentiality of people data. Reset and build our frequently used reports library, including partnering on HCM report clean-up and standardization.
    • Partner with HR Systems and Technology teams to ensure the proper integration and management of various HR systems and data sources with a focus on enhancing the HR data infrastructure and tools.
  • Training / Coaching
    • Coach, mentor, and develop training to teach clients how to develop and interpret data visualizations that highlight key insights
    • Guide clients in using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Workday, and others to create impactful reports and dashboards.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay current with industry trends in people analytics and HR technology and recommend innovative solutions to improve the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
    • Continuously evaluate and refine data processes to ensure high efficiency and accuracy.

You’ll Come With:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, HR, Sociology, I/O Psychology, or any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field
    • Master’s Degree Preferred
  • 7+ years’ experience in a large, fast-growing retail organization working on People Analytics projects
