About the role: 
As a Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d) at Redcare Pharmacy, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our data strategies and unlocking insights that drive impactful decisions across the organization. Leading complex analytical initiatives, you’ll work closely with a team of data professionals, ensuring data solutions align with business goals. This role offers the chance to influence strategic direction while staying hands-on in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. 

Job Description

About your tasks: 

  • Lead the design and development of advanced Tabular data models to address company-wide analytical needs. 
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards for actionable insights. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data analytics with strategic objectives. 
  • Perform in-depth data analysis, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations for senior leadership. 
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the analytics team. 

Qualifications

About you: 

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with demonstrated expertise in leading analytics projects. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI Cloud, with a track record of creating scalable and efficient semantic models. 
  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with diverse teams, translating technical findings into strategic insights. 
  • A natural leader who is passionate about mentoring others and driving organizational impact through data.
