Your Tasks

  • Act together with the leadership team as the customer's ambassador (m/f/d) to make WoW moments tangible for our customers
  • The customer and customer satisfaction are the focus of your (m/f/d) work
  • Ensure data availability, quality and reliability and provide feedback to data providers
  • Gather and analyze data, using advanced statistical models
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards with insights, scorecards, and metrics that drive change in the business which are tailored in level of detail for the appropriate stakeholders
  • Communicate to internal stakeholders through discussion, presentations, recommendations, and meaningful insights gained through data analysis to be used to develop operational plans and actions

Your Profile

  • Degree in Economics, Computer science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent and ideally practical experience in CX, Contact Centre / Customer Care
  • Several years of analytical or similar business experience is required
  • Have a real passion for data and customer insights
  • Strong analytical skills and work in a data-driven manner
  • Working detail oriented, accurate and inquisitive
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (especially PowerPoint)
  • Bring proven skills in interface management and effective collaboration with different stakeholders
  • Experience in an international role is a plus
  • Language skills: English business fluent (mandatory) and German (advantage)

As part of global customer care, be an ambassador (m/f/d) for the customer within the company. Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure smooth customer care operations. Create reports and action plans on relevant performance and quality KPIs as well as customer insights for the organisation and top management. Identify data-based optimisation potentials and passionately communicate them to business partners and the country organisation and manage their implementation.
