About the Role

We are seeking a talented Quantitative Research Analyst to join our systematic trading team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with financial markets knowledge to develop and enhance systematic trading strategies.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain systematic trading strategies for equity markets
  • Conduct statistical analysis and research to identify market opportunities
  • Build and optimize trading signals using various data sources
  • Collaborate with trading and technology teams to implement strategies
  • Monitor and analyze strategy performance
  • Research and implement machine learning techniques for strategy enhancement

 

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in systematic trading or related quantitative role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and mathematical modeling
  • Experience with Linux operating systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Buy-side experience in quantitative trading
  • Experience with machine learning and data mining techniques
