SPONSORSHIP: This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). The Team:

Commercial Organization

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for experience surveys in the AMS time zone, responsible for following up on action items with the global platform

  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of action items related to experience surveys, improving data collection and insights.

  • Assist in tracking and documenting follow-up actions and progress on experience survey initiatives.

  • Support the operational process management of survey data, ensuring it is organized, updated, and accessible for analysis.

  • Help manage data analytics tasks by preparing and cleaning survey data for analysis, assisting with creating reports and insights for stakeholders.

  • Utilize basic data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends and insights within the survey data to improve operational processes and experiences.

  • Assist with the development of automated solutions or dashboards to streamline experience survey tracking and reporting.

  • Assist with other administrative tasks related to data management, including updating Excel spreadsheets and ensuring accurate data documentation.

Education and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications):
• Currently enrolled in a four-year college and returning to school following the internship.
• Strong interest in data analytics and operational process management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data management tools.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with global teams.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to track and follow up on action items.

Preferred Majors:
• Statistics
• Business Administration
• Information Technology
• Operations Management
 

Preferred Knowledge and Skills (Preferred Qualifications):
• Familiarity with basic data analysis tools
• Experience with data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
• Understanding of operational processes, preferably in a global or cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of experience survey tools or platforms
• Basic understanding of machine learning or data automation tools.
• Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Desire to grow in the field of data science and analytics, with a passion for learning new technical skills.

The pay range for this position is $23 to $28 per hour (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
