Business Intelligence Developer, Senior

Key Role:

Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Business Intelligence applications. Provide end-user support for the implementation and usage of business intelligence systems. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software, systems or network architecture, project management, or cloud infrastructure

• Knowledge of evaluating user requests for new or modified programs to determine feasibility, costs, time requirements, and compatibility with existing systems and capabilities

• Ability to lead the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience utilizing Navy and Department of Defense Pay and Personnel systems such as NSIPS, FLTMPS, ADE, NES, or PRIDE

• Knowledge of military culture and United States Navy culture and structure

• Knowledge of MyNavyHR business processes and current transformation efforts

• Ability to work on a dynamic team responsible for multiple concurrent deliverables

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
