How do we work?

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Data Engineering Lead to manage a team. We work in an international environment with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Architect and stakeholders located in North America, Europe and Asia. 

In this role, you will:

• be responsible for your team’s level of excellence both technically and making right on your commitments,  

• set the pace of work,

• leverage and introduce engineering and people practices, 

• contribute personally

What skillset you need, to be successful in this role:

• 3+ years in a data engineering 

• strong SQL and Python, clean code and engineering practices

• experience with a Cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• good knowledge of data modeling

• experience and understanding of source control and continuous integration

• working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

• data engineering best practices, experience with an orchestration tool (e.g. Airflow)

Nice to have:

• some knowledge of GCP

• understanding of trading
