Intern - HR Analytics

Job Description:

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical intern to work alongside the Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) on developing a predictive model for attrition. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR analytics, research, and qualitative interviews to understand employee turnover trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on existing attrition prediction models and read white papers to identify best practices.

• Collect and analyze employee data to identify key factors contributing to attrition.

• Develop a predictive model using statistical and machine learning techniques to forecast attrition trends.

• Collaborate with HR teams to gather qualitative insights through employee interviews.

• Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership for improving employee retention strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong research and analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.

• Familiarity with HR analytics, employee engagement, and retention strategies is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of statistical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or Excel for data analysis.

• Hands-on experience in one or more research tools like SPSS / PSPP / R & RStudio

• Excellent communication skills to conduct interviews and summarize key findings effectively.

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
