What does a successful Tech AI Product Strategy Sr Advisor I do at Fiserv?

As an AI Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI products. You will be highly organized with strong time management as you collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful development and delivery of AI solutions that meet both business objectives and customer needs.

What you will do:

Product Strategy to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals for AI-driven products. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform product decisions.

Roadmap Planning Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap outlining key milestones and deliverables. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on product development priorities and timelines. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements Definition: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for AI products. Clearly articulate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for AI products. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Product Launch and Marketing: Plan and execute product launches, working closely with marketing and sales teams to promote AI products effectively. Develop marketing collateral and product messaging.

Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI products and monitor their performance. Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on user feedback and data analysis.

What you will need to have:

· 4-year college degree in Business, Computer Science or related field and 9+ years of experience in relative field

· 5+ years proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on AI-driven products

· 3+ years proven experience with SDLC and project lifecycle in areas such as IVR, Chat GPT, AI, Telecom, SDLC and Project Lifecycle

What would be great to have:

· Master’s Degree

· Machine Learning Platforms TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn

· Big Data Platforms Hadoop, Spark, Databricks

· Data Analytics and Visualization Tools Tableau, Power BI, Looker

· AWS, Google Cloud AI, Azure AI for deploying AI models and services in the cloud.

· Data Warehouses Snowflake, Google Big Query, Amazon Redshift

· Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and data science principles.

· Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

· Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver products on time and within budget.

Important about this role:

This position may require 30% travel to Fiserv offices.

Salary Range:

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
