Job Description

Visa is seeking a team member based in Sao Paulo who will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a Business Intelligence practice around Visa LAC Marketing and CRM operations. The role demands an intensive hands-on approach, involving direct engagement in the development and maintenance of KPI Reports and Dashboards, leveraging advanced statistical and data automation approaches. It also involves creating documentation, as well as aligning presenting and negotiating with internal stakeholders.

Specific responsibilities for this role include:

• Developing an understanding of Marketing operations and contributing departments
• Help defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports for Marketing and CRM activities and goals.
• Directly designing, developing and maintaining a portfolio of Dashboards and Reports.
• Manipulating multiple large datasets and developing automation solutions using various tools and technologies, but mostly Python, PySpark and SQL.
• Optimizing and improving the performance and quality of data automation solutions and processes.
• Leveraging multiple Visa data sources, external MarTech data, and industry expertise to ensure consistent and accurate reporting of Marketing KPI.
• Performing ad-hoc analyses to answer complex business and marketing questions, aligning the data and insights with the business objectives, understanding the challenges and opportunities, and providing data-driven, actionable recommendations.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required, MBA or other relevant master’s degree preferred (Statistics, Business, Economy, Engineering, other).
• 3 to 4 years of relevant industry experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics or CRM, including the CRM execution cycle, such as: Journeys automation, Campaign Datamart structure, Campaign segmentation, result measurement methodologies.
• Solid experience on building and maintaining a portfolio of sophisticated Dashboards and semi-automated Reports.
• Strong Data Visualization skills, with expert level skills on at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, QlikView.
• Proven Hands-on experience in cleaning, manipulating, analyzing and visualizing large data sets.
• Proven Hands-on experience with large volumes of data, extract and manipulate large datasets using standard tools such as Hadoop Ecosystem, Apache Spark, through scripting in Python, PySpark, SQL, etc.
• Basic understanding of Statistical/ Machine Learning Models, and how to leverage its outputs.
• Transform data visualization and analysis to executive business language
• Continuously develop and present innovative ideas based on data driven approach to improve current business practices within Visa
• Excellent project management and organizational and presentational skills.
• Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
• Bilingual in English & Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
