Key Responsibilities and Duties

• They develop code that translates business logic into robotic workflow.
• They are also responsible for maintenance of bots/automated artefacts post deployment.
• Common skill sets include (but are not restricted to) Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, OpenSpan, Fusion, etc. along with software development languages such as .Net C#, VBA etc.

Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Intelligent Automation Engineer to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving process efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in RPA, process improvement, data analytics, and machine learning.   

Job Description

• Process Analysis and Design:
  • Analyze complex business processes to identify automation opportunities.
  • Design and document efficient automation solutions using industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• RPA Development and Implementation:
  • Develop and implement robust RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere or other leading tools.
  • Configure bots to interact with various systems, including web applications, ERP systems, and databases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes.
• Data Engineering and Analytics:
  • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources using SQL, Python, and other tools.
  • Utilize data mining techniques and statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  • Create insightful visualizations using Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Cloud Technologies:
  • Leverage AWS services (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda) to build scalable and reliable automation solutions.
  • Utilize data processing tools like Pandas and Glue for data manipulation and transformation.
• API Integration:
  • Design and implement REST API integrations to exchange data between systems.
  • Consume APIs to automate data retrieval and updates.
• Machine Learning and AI:
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to automate decision-making processes.
  • Integrate ML models into RPA workflows to enhance automation capabilities.
• Process Improvement:
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Technical Skills & Experience Required

• 5-8 years of experience with Excellent programming skills in Python, expertise in Automation Anywhere, cloud platforms (AWS), SQL and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Knowledge of data mining and machine learning techniques
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau)
• Understanding of REST API concepts and integration techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
• Knowledge of other automation tools (UiPath, Blue Prism)
• Certification in RPA, Lean Six Sigma, or AWS
