The Opportunity:

We seek a Senior AI Engineer with expertise in ML, NLP, and data to lead transformative projects on Adobe Experience Platform. This role offers hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI, solving complex challenges at the intersection of creativity and technology. Join our team to build brand-new solutions that impact global businesses.

What You'll Do:

• Innovate: Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions across cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate: Work with multi-functional teams including data scientists, researchers, and product managers in Adobe Experience Platform.
• Lead: Mentor team members and drive key ML projects from concept to deployment.
• Solve Business Challenges: Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored machine learning solutions.
• Represent Adobe: Share insights at industry conferences and provide thought leadership through publications, talks, and internal/external showcases.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Education & Expertise: A Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Data Science or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years in ML, including experience with NLP, large-scale data processing, and deploying scalable models.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership abilities to drive projects forward.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with conversational AI, text generation, sentiment analysis.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and agent frameworks like LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Crew.ai, Autogen.
• CI/CD expertise in cloud environments.
• Backend development experience, including RESTful API design and monitoring systems.
