CLA is currently seeking a Data Governance Senior to join our growing Enterprise IT Team. This role leads data governance initiatives and ensures data quality and compliance.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Data Governance Senior role:

•Lead the implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.

•Monitor data quality and ensure adherence to data governance practices.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data quality and data governance issues and implement solutions.

•Manage data governance projects and initiatives.

•Ensure maintenance of data dictionaries and metadata repositories.

•Responsible for data governance training and awareness programs.

•Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

What you will need:

•4 years relevant experience required.

• Experience in data governance or data management preferred
• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Technical Competencies

• Familiarity with data governance tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of privacy and security regulations and their impact on data governance.
• Experience with data architecture, data modeling, crosswalks, and mappings.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, policies, and best practices.
