Summer College Internship 2025 - CI Data Analyst

Are you seeking a paid college internship? Michigan CAT, a premier Caterpillar dealership known as one of the best equipment dealers in the country, has an opportunity to join our team as a Data Analyst summer intern within Continuous Improvement. 
 
Based in Novi, this intern will be asked to:  
- Enter, organize, and maintain data with a high degree of accuracy. 
- Perform basic data analysis to generate insights and support decision-making on data projects. 
- Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements. 
- Support the development and documentation of workflows and best practices. 
- Assist with other operational and administrative tasks as needed. 
 
As we enter our ninth successful year of the Summer College Internship Program, we are looking for highly motivated, hardworking individuals who likes to problem-solve, lead projects, participate in key business leader relationships, and recommend improvements to existing processes.
 
As an intern at Michigan CAT, you will also work cross-functionally and across state lines, collaborate with other interns, and participate in various activities and events throughout the summer!
 Suggested majors:

• Business Management 
• Data Analytics

Qualifications:
•    Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor program with an accredited college
•    Available to work full-time for 12 weeks (May 12th through August)
