The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a regional Data Specialist in Dental Solutions Latam business, you will conduct in-depth analyses of different type of data, such as sales, CRM, sell out, etc. You will develop and implement dashboards to provide insightful information for the leadership and ensure continuous improvement on the monitoring of metrics and performance of the business.

As a data specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Partner with different team members across Latam
• Develop and implement dashboards and databases that support the decision-making process of the business
• Support daily operations for sales and marketing team
• Support the implementation of a business intelligence approach

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

• To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution in areas of data engineer, statistics, computer science, software engineer, technology, information systems or related.
• Additional language: English, Spanish
• Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Bi and related data tools

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Work location:

• Hybrid

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: Not authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
