Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor company performance and key metrics
• Transform business requirements into BI solutions by collaborating with business stakeholders, analysts, senior managers, and other key personnel
• Serve as the focal point for all data-related matters within the organization
• Support and train end-users to maximize the effectiveness of BI solutions
• Develop complex ETL and SQL queries
• Optimize data warehouses to support business analytics and reporting needs

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
• 3+ years of experience as a Data/BI Engineer
• Hands-on experience with Tableau
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and databases, with a proven ability to write complex, optimized queries
• Experience with cloud-based ETL/ELT solutions (e.g., Rivery, dbt)
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other analytical databases
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage development tasks from business needs to final product
• Strong analytical skills, a quick learner with a "make it happen" attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure environments
• Independent and self-motivated
• Go-to-Market business knowledge
