About the Role 

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI/ML capabilities within our platform. In this role, you will define the vision for AI-driven solutions, aligning with Energy Exemplar’s strategic goals and customer needs. You will own the product roadmap, drive innovation, and collaborate across teams to ensure the successful delivery of AI-powered platform. 

As a key driver of revenue growth and customer success, you will be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch—playing a pivotal role in product planning, strategy, and execution. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Vision & Strategy – Define and execute the AI/ML product strategy, setting clear KPIs and success metrics. 

• Product Lifecycle Management – Own the product lifecycle, including market research, competitive analysis, roadmap development, and feature prioritization. Translate product strategy into actionable development plans using Agile methodologies.  

• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with UX/UI, engineering, solutions, and support teams to identify scalable AI/ML use cases and ensure seamless execution. 

• Stakeholder Engagement – Work with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to address customer needs, assess feature requests, and align product priorities with business goals. 

• Customer-Centric Approach – Maintain a deep understanding of customer pain points, ensuring feedback drives product decisions. 

• Product Development – Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery while ensuring alignment with Energy Exemplar’s strategic roadmap. 

• Training & Enablement – Support product marketing and documentation teams in developing demos, training materials, and customer success initiatives. 

• Strategic Contribution – Influence product strategy and contribute to broader company goals. 

• Team Collaboration – Mentor and support team members, fostering a high-performance culture. 

Experience & Essential Skills 

• 7+ years in product management, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML platforms. 

• Technical Expertise – Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and technologies (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenAI GPT, etc.). 

• Data & Analytics – Proficiency in SQL, Python, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. 

• Industry Experience – Experience in the energy sector or as a SCRUM Product Owner is a plus. 

• Strategic Thinking – Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. 

• Communication Skills – Exceptional ability to present complex AI concepts clearly and persuasively. 

• Agility & Initiative – A proactive mindset, with the ability to operate independently and drive results. 

• Organizational Excellence – Strong multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. 

• Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA, PowerPoint, Excel.
