AI Solutions Engineer | Philippines

Description

We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to join one of our newest client teams, a high-growth tech company on the forefront of the AI revolution.

In this role, you will work with clients to customize the AI model to fit their needs. You don’t need to be a coder, but you do need to have some technical competencies and, most important, an engineering mindset. If you love peeling back the onion to solve thorny challenges, experimenting with AI prompts, and becoming an expert in promising new technologies, this job is for you.  

Desired Experience: 

• At least 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Business Analytics, Solution Engineering, or a similar role  
• Experience with LLMs and AI techniques, including prompt engineering and retrieval 
• Experience automating processes with workflow automation tools like Zapier 
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decision making 
• Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management tools like Linear, Airtable, and Asana 
• Strong interest in the intersection between AI and growth, and the emergent capabilities and applications of LLMs 
• Comfortable moving fast in a startup where roles and responsibilities are fluid 
• Familiarity with Python and JavaScript preferred 
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
