Senior Python Backend Engineer (f/m/d)*

YOUR MISSION:

As a Senior Python Backend Engineer (f/m/d)* at Parloa, you will have a crucial role in helping us build the leading enterprise solution for automated dialogs. You will be actively involved in improving our tools and processes to support collaboration and productivity as well as in cultivating an environment where we can all learn and grow.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Work on our brand new LLM functionality to improve the call center experience for millions of customers.
• Design and develop efficient backend solutions based on Python running containerized as highly scalable applications in Kubernetes clusters.
• Evaluate new technologies and their integration into our current codebase in the form of research sprints.
• Share your technical knowledge with your peers, so the whole team can benefit from each other’s experiences.
• Actively exchange code review feedback with other software engineers, considering both style and implementation.

Our Tech stack:

• LLMs: GPT-3.5, GPT-4, Langchain, Prompt engineering, LLM finetuning
• FastAPI, pytest, MongoDB
• Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, Kubernetes
• Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn for efficient implementation

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Proficiency in backend engineering that you have mastered during your 5+ years of work experience.
• Experience with highly scalable real-time Python applications. 
• Passion for writing clean and modular code that is easy to maintain, update, test and scale.
• Experience with version control systems, code review processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of data privacy considerations in AI model development and deployment.

• Some ML experience and a grasp of popular ML libraries and frameworks
