Data Analyst

Unicorn Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to manage complex data analysis, create reporting views, and develop dashboards. This role requires expertise in SQL, business intelligence, and data visualization tools to support senior management with in-depth reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to create custom queries, and a talent for transforming data into actionable insights.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and maintain custom SQL queries to organize data from various sources.
• Design and build reporting views and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Develop new reporting templates in Excel and create tools for data collection (e.g., Microsoft Forms, Power Automate).
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Lead meetings to gather reporting requirements and share insights with teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, finance, econometrics, statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with PowerQuery, PowerPivot, Tableau, and data visualization tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Power Automate and Microsoft Forms.
• Expertise in database structures, query languages, and data warehouses.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Data Visualization: Tableau (Must-Have)
• Advanced Data Modeling & Reporting: PowerPivot, Access (nice-to-have)
• Data Automation & Process Tools: Microsoft Forms, Power Automate (nice-to-have)

Time Commitment & Schedule:

Full-Time: 40 hours/week
