People Systems and Analytics Lead

About the Role
As a People Systems and Analytics Lead, you will oversee HR systems (HRIS) and drive data-informed decision-making through people analytics. You will ensure the efficient use of HR technology, analyze workforce data, and provide insights to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Administer and optimize HRIS platforms (e.g., Zoho, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR) to improve system efficiency and user adoption.
- Manage HR system configurations, integrations, and updates while ensuring data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and enforce data governance best practices.
- Automate and streamline HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, and payroll.
- Provide training and support for HR teams and employees on system functionalities.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and actionable insights that support HR and business strategies.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key HR metrics.
- Utilize predictive analytics to forecast workforce trends such as attrition, hiring needs, and diversity metrics.
- Partner with HR and leadership to align people systems and analytics with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative HR tech solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS management, people analytics, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Zoho, Workable, BambooHR, Culture Amp).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, R, Python, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable HR strategies.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or HRIS/data analytics certifications (preferred).
