Your Role:

We are seeking a Data Scientist to drive the adoption and advancement of predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions across our Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams. This role will play a crucial part in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize business strategies, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science methodologies, a deep understanding of key business processes, and expertise in Databricks and Tableau, with awareness of Snowflake.

Your Opportunity:

• Develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to support business decision-making

• Leverage Databricks for data processing, machine learning, and analytics pipelines

• Utilize Tableau to build compelling and actionable data visualizations and dashboards

• Apply statistical modeling, data mining, and AI techniques to extract insights from large datasets

• Partner with business stakeholders to define data science initiatives aligned with go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including:

  • Lead to Opportunity: Optimizing lead scoring, conversion predictions, and sales engagement strategies

  • Quote to Cash: Enhancing pricing models, revenue predictions, and customer retention insights

  • Post-Sales Analytics: Analyzing customer lifetime value, churn prediction, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities

• Improve operational efficiency by implementing automation and AI-driven analytics solutions

• Stay current with industry trends in AI, ML, and data science to recommend innovative solutions

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles
• Proficiency in Databricks, including PySpark and MLflow for machine learning lifecycle management
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization and business intelligence reporting
• Awareness of Snowflake and its role in modern data architectures
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression models, decision trees, random forests, clustering, neural networks, NLP)
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Understanding of statistical techniques (e.g., hypothesis testing, A/B testing, time series forecasting)
• Familiarity with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and querying
• Strong business acumen and experience supporting Marketing, Sales, Operations, or Finance teams with data-driven insights
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders

And Ideally:

• Experience working in B2B or SaaS environments
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with MLOps best practices, including model deployment and monitoring
• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools

This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance.
