Data & AI Director – Fuel Models at ZeroNorth

We’re looking for a collaborative and strategic leader to drive the future of our AI-powered Fuel Models, machine learning algorithms that power our platform. If you excel in people-centric leadership, strategic vision, and cross-functional collaboration, we’d love to connect with you.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and Develop AI Teams: Build high-performing, cross-functional teams focused on AI Fuel Models, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
• Strategic Communication and Alignment: Act as the crucial link between technical and business teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities and deliverables. Effectively communicate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Drive AI Strategy and Impact: Translate business needs into meaningful, data-driven AI solutions that create value. Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's AI and data strategy, prioritizing team efforts to maximize impact on business and sustainability goals.

• Shape AI Solutions and Best Practices: Collaborate with product managers and business leaders to align AI solutions with strategic objectives. Advocate for ethical and effective AI practices, and optimize workflows to ensure adherence to best practices in AI development.

Qualifications & Experience:


• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in AI/ML, data science, or algorithm-driven development.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing complex projects.
