Tech Recruiter (Deep Tech | UAV | Robotics | Embedded Systems) (m/w/d)

Your mission

• Build and manage a reliable candidate pipeline for deep-tech roles, like:
  • Robotics & Robotics Simulation Engineers
  • Computer Vision & SLAM Specialists
  • C++ Embedded Developers
  • Flight Control Engineers
  • Drone Systems Experts
  • Data Scientists for real-time applications
• Conduct technical screenings – understand candidate strengths, assess impact potential, filter for T-shaped profiles.
• Source talent actively and precisely: LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, and beyond.
• Partner with tech teams to understand role requirements and deliver high-fit candidates only.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies – from events and hackathons to university partnerships.
• Implement structured hiring processes: scorecards, candidate rankings, feedback loops.

Your profile

Must

• 3+ years experience in tech recruiting for Deep Tech domains, especially:
  • Computer Vision / SLAM / Robotics
  • Embedded Systems / C++
  • UAVs / Drones / Flight Control
  • Data Science / Real-time Analytics
• Proven Active Sourcing skills – Boolean search mastery, platform knowledge, hunter mindset.
• You understand technical concepts and can conduct meaningful technical conversations.
• Ability to identify high-potential, T-shaped candidates – beyond keywords and titles.
• Startup mindset: Speed, ownership, and focus on measurable outcomes.

• Experience recruiting in Defense, Aerospace, UAV, or Automotive.
• Existing network in Robotics, CV, or UAV circles.
• Exposure to hiring across Europe (e.g., Toulouse, Sofia) and building remote teams.
• Familiarity with Robotics Simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, ROS2) and relevant tech stacks.
