Senior AI Training Specialist

Valtech is hiring a Senior AI Training Specialist to join a team of experts leading our AI transformation.

What you will be doing:

Reporting directly to the Group VP of Learning & Development, you will join a team of learning and development specialists, who have great experience in running and scaling upskilling and reskilling programs across the globe.

Working at the intersection of innovation and delivery, you will be the key driver for designing and rolling out the training and development curriculum for the AI business.

In your day-to-day work, you will work closely together with our R&D teams to translate their findings, to create compelling L&D material for our internal audiences.

You will be accountable for defining training formats, co-creating learning content, enabling SMEs and finally delivering trainings to your colleagues. On top of that, you will play an active role in connecting the dots between the many AI experiments we will be running.

You will work daily together with the AI acceleration team and have a dotted reporting line to the team’s Program Manager.

Your work will require occasional traveling, as the role is expected to support all our regions, late/early meetings can be needed from time to time.

Our preferred candidate:

We are looking for a Senior AI specialist, who has experience in learning and development.

You have an in depth understanding of emerging trends in AI, probably with a background in engineering.

You understand where the field of AI is moving and have a proven capability of how to use these insights to explore new use cases for AI.

As a person, you are motivated by the opportunity to teach others how to use AI. You are a natural communicator, good at reading the room, and you are capable of structuring information, so it meets the needs of your audience.

Essential Expertise:

The following skills are required for this role:

• Theoretical and practical AI expertise – Strong understanding of AI, as well as a natural desire for staying up to date on latest developments within the field. Above average experience working with AI tools.
• Communication and Facilitation – Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to effectively present information, coordinate activities, and support stakeholders.
• AI Ethics & Compliance – Understanding of responsible AI principles, governance frameworks, and ethical considerations such as bias, transparency, and fairness.
• Hands-on AI Experimentation – Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools, no-code AI platforms, and basic prototyping for practical AI applications.
• AI Adoption & Change Management – Expertise in driving AI adoption, overcoming resistance, and integrating AI into daily workflows for diverse teams.

• Learning Analytics & Impact Measurement – Ability to track, analyze, and optimize learning outcomes using AI-driven analytics and adaptive learning technologies.
• Adaptive Learning & Personalization – Experience designing personalized learning paths, leveraging microlearning, gamification, and AI-driven recommendations.
• Cross-Cultural Training & Communication – Ability to tailor AI learning programs for global teams with different digital fluency levels and cultural contexts.
• AI-Driven Content Creation – Experience using AI-powered tools for training material development, including video creation, interactive learning, and knowledge automation.
• Stakeholder Management – Experience working with stakeholders of all kinds
• Training and Development Expertise – A deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
• Video experience – Practical experience recording and editing videos with simple setup.
• Project Management – Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor learning initiatives.
