Sr. Data Operations Analyst
Experience: 8+ Years
Education: Business Administration, Finance, MIS, or related field, Advanced degree highly preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment of core standard reports, data sets and metrics to be used by the business globally and become the ‘expert’ in global data for the defined process
- Provide vision of what is needed for the business and lead the team in creation of dashboards to support the business for decision making
- Perform high-level ad-hoc analyses, quantitative and qualitative, to guide business improvement hypotheses and drive decisions
- Supply materials required for QBRs, Summits, and All Hands meetings in a timely manner
- Maintain projects related to standardization of existing Reporting and existing knowledge base
- Work with other business areas including Data Quality and Data Warehouse to reconcile data differences and add data sources as needed
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals
- Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executives and senior leadership
- Continuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiency

Job Qualifications
- Team lead or manager in a previous role
- Advanced Excel
- PowerPoint
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Clik, or equivalent)
- Data wrangling /etl
- Data analysis
- Strong problem-solving and management skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Technical writing
- Experience in project management
- Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and basic computer science
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.
