Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain our Salesforce applications. The developer will be responsible for working with business users, customizing Salesforce solutions, integrating external systems, and ensuring optimal performance of the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud as per business needs.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware solutions.
  • Perform data migration and management using tools like Salesforce Data Loader.
  • Ensure data security by managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, and field-level security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues, optimize performance, and maintain platform health.
  • Collaborate with business users, project managers, and other IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Deploy changes and manage version control using CI/CD tools like GitHub and Gearset.
  • Communicate project status to upper management.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and new releases.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficient with Flow, Apex, Visualforce and LWC
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud configuration and customization
  • Git command usage

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud customization and development
  • 2 years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud customization and development
  • Current Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification
  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
  • Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications.
  • Experience with Einstein Analytics
  • Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce (formerly known as CloudCraze)
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization
  • Python scripting

Work Conditions

  • Position is based out of Dallas or Austin
  • Must work from the office for 5 days a week
  • Available for meetings with geographically distributed team based in India, Europe and across the US

Additional Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without Omnicell sponsorship now or in the future 
  • Ability to pass background and employment verification checks
  • Able to work from assigned location without housing or relocation assistance from Omnicell
